Dr. Janet Tomezsko has practiced on the North Shore and Chicagoland since 1995, serving patients with the highest quality of care. Dr. Tomezsko is board certified in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery and Obstetrics and Gynecology.

With special commitment to non-surgical and minimally invasive surgical treatments for incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse and dedication to continuing research and education, Dr. Tomezsko is a respected and familiar presence in the Chicagoland medical community and a passionate educator. Her primary focus is on individualized patient care committing to determining and meeting each patient's needs.

Meghan Naylor, APN, CNM

Meghan Naylor, APN, CNM is a certified nurse midwife with more than 10 years of experience in women's health. She strongly believes in patient-centered, evidence-based, culturally sensitive care for everyone. Before joining Advanced Urogynecologic Care, Meghan worked as a nurse practitioner specializing in gynecology and family planning and before that, as a labor and delivery nurse. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She holds an Associate's Degree in Nursing and Master of Science in Nurse Midwifery from the University of Illinois at Chicago

Karen Sasso, RN, APN, CNS, CCCN-AP                    

RN, APN, CNS, CCCN-AP

Karen Sasso, RN, APN, CNS, CCCN-AP, is an accomplished healthcare professional with a strong background in Women's Health. She holds a nursing diploma from the Medical College of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Alverno College, and a Master of Science in nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Throughout her career, Karen has focused on urogynecology and has contributed significantly to the field's medical and nursing literature on topics such as female urinary incontinence, painful bladder, genital prolapse, and treatment options.

As a dedicated urogynecology clinical nurse specialist (CNS), Karen provides specialized care for women dealing with incontinence, voiding dysfunction, and pelvic floor disorders. Her passion lies in utilizing behavioral approaches for managing and treating urinary incontinence and genital prolapse.
